The non-profit cultural and educational association Förderverein Offene Bildung Umwelt Kultur has been involved in intergenerational political, ecological and cultural education projects since 2007. Solidarity-based support for people in need – especially migrants – and cultural events and projects complement the association’s activities.
Our own education team of volunteers, freelancers and employees develops and implements educational programmes in the fields of environmental education, anti-discrimination and anti-racism, global learning, cultures of memory and much more.
The association has been running the ecological seminar and guest house “tagungswerk” in the Raoul Wallenberg Cultural and Educational Centre in Berlin Weißensee since 2013. For external guest groups of tagungswerk, the association also offers educational and training and leisure activities for groups by arrangement.
